1. What plan and payment options are available?

2. Who are each of the packages for?

  • Entry: Ideal for users who need TimberTec occasionally for single projects. This pay-as-you-go option is perfect for one-off or infrequent use.
  • Monthly: Designed for builder estimators and carpenters who need TimberTec on a regular basis, handling up to 3 projects per month. This plan provides savings compared to the Entry package with a convenient monthly subscription.
  • Pro: Suited for builders, carpenters, and estimators managing multiple projects, with support for up to 5 projects per month. It also includes two user profiles, making it great for small teams needing shared access.

3. Are there any additional fees?

No, there are no additional fees. Upgrades, maintenance, support, and unlimited training are all included in your subscription fee.

4. Is TimberTec a design software?

No, TimberTec is not a design software. TimberTec specialises in construction estimation, specifically for timber takeoffs and material calculations. It’s designed to help users save time by automating takeoff and estimating processes but does not offer computer-aided design or drafting capabilities.

5. Can you upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. If you are on a month-to-month plan, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you like, and the change will reflect on your next billing cycle. Please reach out to our Customer Support team to discuss available options that best suit your needs.

6. How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your TimberTec subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account, go to the Account Settings section, and select Cancel Subscription. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.

If you’re on a monthly plan, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won’t be charged for the following month.

For annual plans, your subscription will continue until the end of the prepaid period.
